Hori Fighting Stick 3 To Neo Geo

Have a HFS3 to mod for my upcoming CMVS, looking for information on wiring it up, do I need to use/hack the PCB that came with the stick or can I just solder straight to the buttons and stick?

I was not able to get my HRAP working with my PS2 and the Neo. when I bought it, it was gutted and wired directly to the buttons to play on the neo. I re-wired it back to just he PS2...

I know the buttons on it are soldered directly to the PCB in it. I as long as it isn't pluged into both a ps2 and the mvs at the same time, you should be able to just solder the wires to where they are connected on the pcb. At least I think that works, not a electronics person myself.
