Now that we've gotten a house, I actually have the room, and the cab bug has bitten me again. Just throwing it out there to see if anyone has any complete candies for sale in the Florida market. I'm down to drive pretty much anywhere in the state to pick it up.

I don't mind if it needs a little cosmetic work, but I definitely want a complete and working cab with all buttons and sticks 100%, and as little monitor burn-in as possible.

I used to have one of these, and I was an idiot for selling it:

So I'm watching craigslist, and I do see the occasional big red, but I would much rather have another candy.

Anyone? :help:

Not sure if you are close to Jacksonville, but:

I see plenty of candy cabs for sale in FL. I picked my Astro City up in Miami.

Jax is only 5-6 hours away, but I really want something complete and working. I don't want to buy a unit for that kind of money and then have to hunt down a working CP.

I'm definitely watching craigslist though..

Sorry, but there are no candy cabs in the entire state of Florida. The closest are in Georgia. So, now you have a good reason to join in on this order:

I was interested in this order, but all the 2P CP's were spoken for pretty quickly. I'm not really interested in a MJ setup. :(

If you have some spare time, you can always get one of those bass fishing cabs and convert it to Jamma. I see bass fishing cabs pop up often in FL. I've even seen them pop up in GA and AL in the past few months.

Actually, this summer, there was a Konami Windy for sale in FL, went for about 650-700.

Just keep your eyes peeled, you live in a state thats got a port, so candies aren't as scarce as you think in your area.

There are tons of candies in FL, problem is they all belong to me :)

I'll probably redo the prices once I manage to get a hold of some 2P panels, but who knows how long that'll be.

Alternately, you can do what I do, pick up a Bass Fishing at an auction for a nice price, then JAMMAfy it yourself. The parts are a pain to get though.
