Yes i am im nearly at my first million now..:loco:.No just bought a couple of games off e-bay with no manuals and the controls in some games do get puzzlin.

The manuals don't explain much anyway, the intro 'how to play' helps - these are arcade games with 4 buttons after all.

for some reason it doesn't look like any sites have Neo scans(apart from a couple of Japanese games), but they do for most other systems like Genesis and SNES.

Well, in AoF 2 you're just supposed to stand there while the computer cheats the hell out of you.

SS2 is pretty easy to control, just look up a faq on it.

And play as ukyo.

You could always just buy the NeoCD versions. Other then the system setup page, I'd assume the manuals are mostly the same.

someone on the forum posted a link to the backup of the neoencyclopedia, and the manuals are worthless unless your a collector, what your asking for is move-lists I think. Those never came in the manuals anyhow as far as I know.
