Need vector Control Panel overlay file

SO I found a printer on vacation in Florida to print on flexible polycarbonate using the file at http://www.localarcade.com/arcade_art/details.php?image_id=400&mode=search



Only problem is that this file is about 4-5 inches smaller in scale than the actual
MVS 25 2 slot CP that I actually have with close buttons. (does anyone know what Neo Geo MVS used such a small CP panel, maybe a mini system of some kind?


Don't mind the circles, I found the correct CP overlay carriage screws (thanx to the help from this site!)

Does anyone know where to find say a Adobe Illustrator file that is the right size for a full size MVS 25 close button CP.
