Japanese candy unit from the old school.. Do me a favor and take a picture of the power supply showing which color wires go to which voltage, or hell, just list it. One better would be trace those wires. I got one that is gutted of a power supply, help me out =D

just trace them back from the jamma connector.

the first bunch are ground, then +5, blank, then +12

+5V is red, +12V is yellow.

I couldn't get a good shot of the power supply labeling but here's what I could get:
