problem w/ 4 slot cross hatch screen?

Ever time I start up my mvs 4 slot the screen goes to hard dip set-up screen (cross hatched screen) I can't seem to get out of the hard dim set-up. Please help!

I am guessing you have a cart in when you try this right? If you do, that means it isn't being detected by the board. Check the connection, clean the slot and see if you can make a better connection with the game. Contact Nightmare Tony on these forums, he will probably have a slew of other things to try,

Thanks for the reply I tried and unfortuanally nothing changed. I think it may have something to do with the dip switch? I will try to contact the person you told me about to see if they have any ideas. Thanks

Make sure hard dip switch 1 is off.
