I joined these forums a few years ago with intent on getting into my Neo Geo a bit more, but I have recently decided to streamline my collection a bit, and that I would like to sell my Neo Geo AES. It's a Japanese model with serial number 027439.
As you can see from the pictures the cardboard box for the system has seen some wear, but the Styrofoam innards are fully intact. The system instruction booklet is also in great shape.
The AES system is a bit dusty, but works great. It comes with the original power adapter and original mono AV cord (as well as a stereo AV cord that I bought from someone on these forums a while ago and never got to work). The AES system came with one arcade style controller, which has seen some wear but still works great. I also have an additional arcade controller in about the same shape. Both of these exhibit some cracking *only on the ball of the stick*. They still work great - but I know that Neo Geo collectors are detail oriented.
The 4 games that I have for sale are World Heroes, Magician Lord, King of the Monsters and Baseball Stars - they are all Japanese versions. Each cartridge is intact, none of that 'about-to-fall-apart-jiggly-cartridge-business' and free of hidden stickers. The sticker labels on the actual cartridges are fully intact.
World Heroes comes in an original 'shockbox' style case. Instructions are missing. The cartridge works fine.
Magician Lord comes in its original cardboard box, with plastic tray (has a few tears) and instruction booklet (in great shape) - I'm surprised at how well this one has held up over the years. Cartridge works fine.
Baseball Stars comes with instruction manual (in great shape) but the plastic tray is missing and the box has tearing. Cartridge works fine.
King of the Monsters comes with instruction manual (in great shape) as well as plastic tray. The box itself is missing one of the flaps on the top. Cartridge works fine.
I am looking to sell these items together in one sale. I live in the NYC area, and as s/h would be a real pain in the butt, it would be best if a local buyer would like to meet me in person for the purchase - ALTHOUGH given the right arrangement, I'll sell to any interested party, anywhere - I want my Geo to find a good home
