Ok this is like the third or fourth time I have decided to try and sell these games. The last two times I decided to hold on to them because I was not happy with the selling price. But now I want some extra cash for the holidays so here they are again.
KOF '99:
Everything is in very good condition. It does not have a baggie for the instruction manual.
Asking $90 shipped in the USA
Please keep in mind the prices are with shipping included, and I am not asking the buyer to pay for the shitty paypal fee (but if they really want to please do so
).
And no I will not ship internationally. Unfortunately shipping prices are high right now. And every time I was asked to get a quote from the post office the interested buyer would understandably lose interest fast.

KOF 2000 JPN:
It has the usual minor insertion marks and a couple tiny scuffs on the back. But other then that the cart is in great shape.
The manual is in great condition.
The case is in good shape. Only problem with it is that it is missing a little bit of plastic on the outer edge of the insert sleeve. Here is a zoomed up pic:
