Suggestions on a good RGB monitor please........

Since my Vega Jr. has RGB output, I was thinking about taking advantage of it. I'm looking for a really good flat screen RGB monitor in the 20-24in. range. Would appreciate all suggestions & LINKS please. Doesn't have to brand new. A nice used 1 would be good too. Nothing over $400 though. I'm not sure what these things go for actually.

Please excuse me for the digression, Saturn Gamer, but I find it strange actually that some US members here are willing to spend top dollar on extremely expensive TV's that do not support RGB video (like some high-end Sony's I've seen in the collections section). Why not import a nice but not so expensive European TV?. You can get a damn good, brand new Sony 29" WEGA for about 350$ in Spain, for example, and ship it to the US for less than half than that über-expensive US Sony would be, and end up with a WAY BETTER picture quality, period.
