Up for grabs is my beloved AES. I now have a 4 slot and just don't play it. I had the Super Converter II but after selling that my AES gets even less play. I would be happy to sell everything here as a lot but will sell everything separately as well (with the exception of the old style stick). I'm hoping it all finds a good home.
Here is my eBay feedback.
And here's my everything else selling thread, in case you need some non-Neo goodies.

1. All prices include shipping in the U.S.; international buyers are welcome but shipping will be extra.
2. Money orders and Paypal accepted; no fees for using paypal.
3. Offers accepted and encouraged, especially if you are interested in multiple items.

This is a used U.S. region Neo Geo AES system. I bought this AES second hand but have never had any problems with it. Cosmetically it's in good shape. There are some light bumps and marks on the top of the case (very faint). Includes original a/c adapter and composite cables. The composite cables are somewhat dingy (how I received them) and the adapter has a twisted cable (from being stored wrapped around it; again how I received it). Both work without problems. The serial number is: 27646
The old style controller has been modded by myself. The controller is in great shape and the "neo" logo isn't faded. I have replaced the original buttons with sanwa buttons and replaced the ball top (not the whole stick) with a sanwa bat top. It plays MUCH better. All the original parts will be included in case you ever want to swap them back. I will also include one controller extension cable and one playstation to neo converter. This way you don't have to sit on top of the system to play, and 2 people can be up and playing instantly (with your friends still using their psx sticks/pads).
Price for system w/ controller and extras: ON HOLD PENDING PAYMENT

This is the marked version; bought from neo store, NOS. Mint except for the markings (you don't need the boobs anyway)
Last is my totally modded Neo stick. I love this stick but I would rather someone play it than it collect dust. This is a stick I made from a joystick housing I picked up for cheap (some junk PSX controller). It has the guts from a Neo Geo kidney bean joystick inside. The face buttons are Seimitsu and the stick is Sanwa (the earlier model: JLW-TM-8). The start and select buttons are wired to the 2 blue buttons on the side, which are happ competition. The stick was a tight fit and I had to round out the metal bottom with a hammer just a bit so the joystick wouldn't brush the bottom. Because I had to make mounts for the stick there are new screws placed in the top. This is covered by the art but it does cause the art to curve a bit (visible when viewed from the side). The art is a laminated laser jet print off. Not as neat as it could be but the stick wasn't really meant to have art on it; I had to improvise. I cut the image down to fit the face and it's held in place by the mounting screws that were already present. I tried my best to match the shape of the art to the decorative edge that was already on the stick shell. Overall, I think it turned out pretty well. I love the image and think it jells well with the placement of the stick and buttons. And, of course, it plays like a champ, which is the main thing.
