This came in the post today its in a Clear Samourai Showdown Case has a KOF 2002 label then a nasty printed Blazing Star Label. The game is Blazing Star and plays as it should I think?

Chips look legit to me. If it loads up as blazing star, then it more than likely is. The shell was probably replaced though.
