I've been playing this game a lot lately and I find it pretty fascinating, I searched for a thread and didn't find one, so I was wondering if any folks here play it at all besides Saturn2dfrea (Isee you!)

Well, I'm still pretty green, but I've been wathcing the replays of the top players and have gotten better, but the trench is long still.

For those that don't know much about the game; This game is in XBXLV and is made by hudson soft or at least published by them. It's a Hori and it uses both analog sticks, and it actually plays very fluid as there are many games out there with this type of game play, but none are designed this way.

The only games that come to mid that could be compared to is Forgotten Worlds for the capcom collection as it supports both sticks instead of a track device and it ties in pretty nicely I might add.

I like playing with a stick better, but sometimes I just want to sit back while playing some games, but it allways hinders my gameplay when I play arcade games with a pad, but in this case it works well, 'cause there really isn't any other option of playing it, at less I was to build a twin analog stick with fire buttons, well! That might be a bit too much work for me right now, so I'll stick with the pad.

Figure I share it in case there's some O5 players here or people unaware of the game.

i love OMEGA FIVE.its the best original shooter on xbox live.
i play this very often for the past 3 months.i love the sound, the visuals and the gameplay.if it only had another stage...
i feel that its a very underrated game.
nice voice over also:"the escalated invasion".
i also like the characters,i like how the girl looks like a cheap slut from an 80´s music video.
great game.

That was one of those games I bought, played a few times over, and then got distracted by something else. Pretty decent game, just haven't gotten the chance to go back and really play it through.

Same thing happen to me, a close friend told me about this game before it was even released, so when I got the 360 I went ahead and got it, played it a couple times and drift off to something else.

I was shuffling through some of the games I have in there that I haven't played much of and I started playing it, I figured why not right? so after a like an houir or so I was completely hooked, and I played all night straight, I haven't played on the 360 for that long and even less a dl game. I have to say this game is tops!

Since you already have it, I think it would be worth to spen some time with it, once you get the hang of it you'll realize how much the game has to offer, I'm sure of it. I dunno if this is an xbxlv original game or if it was released in some other media previously, but so far it is one of my favorite games for the 360.
