Another voltage question!!

My Neo Geo AES system arrived from Japan today I need some help regarding step up or step downs.

The power supply has the following:

91-25909

AC100v 50/60Hz 38VA

DC5V 3A

I really do not understand the above. What voltage it runs on, (watt) power and so on.

So what would I need to run it on in the UK (London). Its just sitting there and I cant play it until I get the proper converter!!!!

ps the serial number on the machine is 052305

5 volt, 3 ampere, 38 watts.
a ~50 watt stepdown converter will do the trick.
