when you convert an AV signal to s-video, it's still AV quality. you can't convert a bad signal into a better one.
all it does is let you plug it into s-video.. but the quality is still crap.

Arakon's right. People don't get S-video mods just because it's S-video. They get it because of the picture quality difference being much better. This converter is a piece of shit.

If you want to do it without getting a mod, Winston sells external s-vid mods and there's the XNeo thingy that is pretty much the same thing.
