MS3 intro

My MS3 MVS cart on boot up goes from the green raster straight to the game title screen, no Neeo geo intro jingle.
Is this normal for MS3, apart from this the game seems to run perfectly, Ive taken it apart and it doesnt look like a bootleg.
Maybe a setting thing.
BTW if I leave it running in attract mode it will cycle through and show the Neo Geo intro ?

I have the same thing with some carts.
My KOF99 used to do the start up (I am sure it did), but then one day it stopped, it could be my imagination?
Also my MSX does not do the start up jingle.
I have opened MSX up and it does all look 100%
Quite a few months back I asked the same question, but did not realy get any answers.

I replyed to a post about this same problem a few days ago... I don't have a ton of time to write about it now, but it is normal to see this. Some newer giga games do not show the neo startup until after the games have cycled through. MS3, Garou:MOTW, KOF 99, are a few that do not. Not sure why SNK started doing this, but it is normal.
