Disgaea is worth getting if you haven't played it on PS2 or PSP.

Anyway, I'll mention one of my favourite DS games, even though it's been out for several months — Mystery Dungeon: Shiren the Wanderer. It's a roguelike RPG, but it's one of the best I've played. Very addictive, very fun, and it's got tons of really cool items.
