Last Blade 2 favorite character poll

I have been playing LB2 on the DC a little bit recently and have been enjoying it more and more lately.

What are you favorite characters to use and in what mode?

Kojiro (Extra)
Washaktia (Speed)
Moriya (Power)
Kaede (Any)

Setsuna is by far the best! Moriya and Hibiki are close. I use all 3 characters on Speed.

Ex mode is just cheesy... I didn't think anybody actually used it. Nobody I play uses it, and I wouldn't want them to because Ex characters are just more powerful than regular Speed or Power, period.

You find Ex mode it stronger then the other modes. I have not played the DC version yet but on the Arcade version the characters are not as fast as speed, but only slightly stronger then speed. They are much weaker then Power and they take a lot more damage. Also, the power meter takes forever to charge up. I see Ex as an advanced players mode, and gives no real advantage to the player.

I really think Ex mode is more powerful than Speed and Power... I've only used it a few times, and when I did I beat my opponent a lot faster than I usually do... Does this mean I'm just really good? I thought Ex mode meant your character did as much damage as Power, while moving as fast as Speed, retaining all supers of Power mode and the downside is you take slightly more damage? If that's true than that would seem to me to be more powerful than Speed or Power. Correct me if I'm wrong because I haven't done a full scientific study... If it is a more advanced mode (which would mean making you weaker or have less of an advantage) then why would it be a secret mode?

In EX mode, you're not as powerful as in Power mode. Plus, you take WAY wore damage. There's really no advantage to me except you have more moves at your disposal, but the fact that you're not as powerful and take more damage even it out. As far as it being a "secret", they give you the code in the manual "neo-geo ver. at least) and once in a while you fight against the cpu "EX" character. (I've fought Yuki and Kagami in EX mode)
My fave character is Moriya-Power
