So I have a Neo MVS-25 candy cab and the sound works fine with my 6 slot board and it also works fine with some jamma games I have.
But when I put this CPS2 A/B board in, I get no sound unless I unplug the speakers and then plug them back in while the game is running. It
then works normal until I turn the power off and I have to do the same thing again... Any Ideas?

The speakers are wired so the pink pos wire from one side is disconnected and the black wire from the other speaker is disconnected, and a wire connects both of those prongs together to produce mono sound out of both speakers....not that it matters...

Have you tried to get sound from the RCA jacks (via your stereo speakers)? I know it's tricky to do in a cabinet but well worth it: Q-sound is awesome.
