So who are the go to guys for Neo Conversions?

I'm really wanting to covert a ratty old Mortal Kombat 4 conversion cab into a MVS. I know I need to do some major modifying on the inside because there's no horizontal flat service for me to mount a 4 slot board but my real questions is control panel overlays and marquee.

Is there anyone here who has blue overlays and marquees? Or can someone direct me towards a place where I can download them?

I alway found the Blue SNK cabs to look so freaking sweet and I would like to convert this cab into a cab that looks something like this.
