Memory card reader installed into a SC 19 inch candy cab info needed.

I'm asking this for another person ..I don't own a SC 19 inch candy cab so I can't see the wiring harness.

In a sc 19 inch candy cab wired up for a 4 slot, using a 1slot... for now.
He's putting in a 4 slot and adding a memory card reader..
What needs to be done to add the memory card reader..?
I know the two big cables go to the mother board but what do you do with the 4 loose green wires..?

I also need to know what the 4 pin red wired plug is for..In my Book for my Dedicated 4 slot it looks like it is used for the headphones...Is this a needed wire?..or can the memory card be used without it..

Do SC 19 inch candy cabs come with the red wire 4 pin wired in it's wiring harness like my cab does.?

Above is a picture of a M reader,(not mine) with the red 4 pin wire..
The Memory card reader I'm selling is missing that plug.

The green wires are grounds, it will work without these connected but it would be good practice to screw them to ground (chassis metalwork and control panel, its not critical) Dont fire up with them loose they can short out on the mobo.

The red wires are connection for the headphone jacks on the MV-1C to the mother board. The memory card reader will work without these connected.
