I know it's a pain dealing with spammers... I have to do it over on a metal detecting forum I moderate. Sometimes I wish they'd all die a fiery death but then feel like Karma will kick me in the ass for it so I retract the wish.

Yeah, they're annoying as hell.
Trouble is that the few spammers we actually see at work/catch red-handed are only the tip of the iceberg, ng.com's databases are full of sleeper-spammer accounts, it's virtually impossible to find a cure for that damn 'net disease.
