Where can I get a marquee I made printed?

I have one in photoshop that I made for a Japanese import (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure) and I wanted to know where I could get this sort of thing done.

Is this something I could go to Kinkos and do it or is there a better solution?

I guess I'd try Kinkos..it seems to be the place to get things done..

I've read here of someplace not wanting to print something out due to some crap but I think you'll be ok.
