Samurai Shodown 3 blood code?

I'm running a samsho3 MVS cart through a converter on my US cart system, and for the life of me, I cant seem to get the blood code to work (A+B+C+D at same time when highlighting exit on option screen). I'm able to do the code w/ no problem on samsho 2,4. Am i missing a slight detail somewhere?

(Looks like its time for that debug mod)

Ive been having the same problem with my homecart. I just cant seem to get it to work!

Check out gamefaqs.com they have all the blood codes. Also, you may want to have your neo modded so you wont need to do it anymore. Hope you get it to work.

Get Debug Bios for Home System from Jmkurtz@macola.com . He fix your Neo real good. You can Boot Neo as Japanese Neo Geo and then set game to engrish will lots of tasty blood restored. I have SS3 on the CD system and I've played it more than 50 hours. I tried and tried and tried this code everytime. Out of all my gameplay, it worked 3 times. So I cut a jumper inside my Neo and it thinks its Japanese. All red blood. The thing thats cool, is that you can have it in english language to, just select it in the menu. Also, I had no Idea KOF98 had blood in it! It already is a kick ass game, needs no blood. Infact, now I'm in the mood to go play some RBFF2. I'm kickin ass with Billy Kane. Yea i emailed Jeff a few days ago to get my neo done up but i havent heard back from him yet. Cant wait to finally have gore in everything i play!!
