It's been decrypted am I right?

I guess even if it has been emulated etc it still doesn't mean we can re flash dead carts. Oh well.

It's just a matter of time for the coding to be finalized. Be patient. Although personally I wish CPS2 was complete first.

I thought thats what phoenixed roms were? Doesn't it say on raz' site that you have to have fully decrypted roms in order to make a phoenixed board?
