If you unfortunately can't find an English version, you can always buy a NEW sealed copy of Final Fantasy VII International for $30 from Playasia.

What language is that one in on PlayAsia?

Also, is it just cheaper if I find a PC version instead?

Edit: I'm really regretting not buying the Greatest Hits version I saw for sale back in 2004 for only $20 at Best Buy.
