Old Universal game from 1981...generic shoot-em up game that they produced ad naseum at the time. As for the connector...looks like a JAMMA converter but I'm not sure it is one so I can't help with with that. Sorry.

Good guess on my part...though really wasn't a guess since I LIVED those days as a gamer back in the late 70's and early 80's ;)

The first game i remember playing was Moon Cresta in '79 or'80.
I was 7 or 8 back then so no hardcore gamer yet.:)
