Yes, although you might not have any sound.
One of the things that MVS harnesses did is allow stereo sound through the harness. To accomplish this they changed around the pins used for sound (as opposed to what is found on a jamma harness) thus plugging a jamma board into a mvs harness might result in no sound being emitted from the speakers.
My solution to this problem is to use a one slot MVS board. Basically one slots are set up to be as close to true jamma as anything out there. The only difference is the 4th button (which doesn't affect other boards).
