Hi Everyone,

The Neo-Geo.com main page has a logo of Metal Slug 6 on the top right corner of the page.

Does Metal Slug 6 exist on any Neo Geo platform (AES, MVS, CD) or has it only come out on PS2 and PSP?

Thanks.

Use a search engine you lazy fuck.

There are versions for Atomiswave, PS2, PSP, and Wii, and I am nearly positive that there are no other versions planned.

Metal Slug 6 on MVS?

Hi,

I saw a pic of a Metal Slug 6 MVS cartridge. Is that even a possibility? I guess that would automatically make it a bootleg?

Thanks.

lolz, you two kids are complete assholes. Saying "no" would have taken a lot less effort.

Shut up, ugly.

I couldn't agree with you more. There's no need to be rude.

There's no need to be absurdly lazy, either. I'm not trying to make you feel bad about yourself, just trying to make you realize that this stuff has been discussed before, and instead of posting 1000 threads in general discussion you could just do a search and -- as if by magic -- all your questions could be answered with very little effort.

Look here little n00bz, you're on a FORUM. Yeah, alert the international news desk: a FORUM. As new buyers come to the scene the same questions will be asked repeatedly, ad nauseam. If you don't want to take 10 seconds to have your chubby little digits smother out a somewhat coherent answer that doesn't make you look like an ass then don't even bother posting at all. If anything you'll keep a little bit of grease off your keyboard, it's a win win situation.

I don't see a stickied "Read this FAQ so our resident trolls don't jump all over you and make the whole forum look like dickheads in the process", do yous? Quit acting like a bunch of virgins and set an example.

waaaahhhhhhh

You realize that I took the time to answer the guy's question (and encouraged him to try to find answers himself) -- wheras you're trolling me, right?

The ugly comment was tongue-in-cheek by the way. I'm sure you're a very handsome young man?

Hi Praise the Lard,

Thanks again for that. Honestly, before starting a new thread I always refer to the Search feature that everyone is insisting that I use. I've tried it and I can never find the answer I am looking for. There is just so much stuff to sort through.

I didn't know it was a crime to post a new thread. I thought that was the purpose of this Forum. To help your fellow forum users in any way that you can.

I guess some users simply don't understand that concept. Thanks again for setting the record straight about the real purpose of this Neo-Geo.com forum.

Hi Lochlan,

You did answer my question but was it really required for you to call me a "lazy fuck" before you did? I don't think so.

I'm just starting out on this Neo-Geo.com forum. What ever happened to the concept of helping out your fellow man?

Thanks.

Yes Lochlan, you are certainly the lesser of the two evils at work here. That is undeniable. However, the very first line after the initial post was "Use a search engine you lazy fuck". Now as if thats not bad enough, then you have your partner in crime here making it seem as if there is some kind of jerkstore ballet going down.

I know that was tongue-in-cheek, everyone knows that I am quite dashing indeed! I still love you, no worries.

You're welcome. I know that Neo Geo related info gets more buried every year, some are much pickier than others though. Don't let it be a turn off.

Whenever that message appears it usually means that there is too many results that stay within the parameters of the search or something, basically you need to be more specific as it only will recognize words with at least 3 characters. The search only stores 500 results, anything over that you get that message.

If you type in Metal Slug 6 MVS, it wont search for the 6. And Metal Slug MVS pulls a lot of results, too much in fact.

This is where everyone needs to build up their search-fu, a better choice would have been Metal Slug MVS but make sure to go to advanced search and always change it to "titles only" if you dont it will search entire threads for the indicated text and you will have too many results. This of course is for common games.

When done like above, 3rd result says "Metal Slug 6....MVS?!". Of course this isn't common knowledge so I don't expect many to know about it.

Metal Slug 6 on MVS is ok, it is just a hack of MS3 but the bosses die WAY faster. Seriously it takes usually about what 100-200 shots to kill a boss with the regular gun, MS6 takes less than half.

I litterally played it beginning to end in under 15 minutes.

Hi Xian Xi,

Thank you for the helpful information on the best ways to search for information.

Thanks again.

neocondition apart from being a bit lazy to look on google for an answer responds very politely(even when insulted), definitely he doesn't deserve flamefest by some of you(in a rude manner, unnecessarily).
