Ignore List Suggestions

1) Text field to explain why you ignore the person. (and/or space for URL)
2) (Srry if I mentioned this before) Ignore Stopwatch [ignore for: 3 days, 1 week, 1 month, etc]

I used to have one or two people on my ignore list, but (inevitably) some perverse curiosity would make me find myself wanting to read their tripe. Then I'd click on the button to view their replies anyway -- adding an extra step (and validating the neobuyer-esque viewpoint that we should keep the idiots around for entertainment).
