For the Phantom-1 converter, how do I know if my slots need to be tightened? Also, I heard someone say that there's a way to get the Phantom working without tightening an AES' slots. Is this true? If so, how?

Someone earlier posted a "rule" - if it takes you 2 hands to insert and remove an AES cart, the slots are probably tight enough for the Phantom to work. If it only takes you one hand, then you might encounter trouble.

Hi,

get the latest version of the PHANTOM-1 adapter
(light blue PCB). You won't have any problems
with "normal" slots.
It even worked in my very heavily used
NEO serno. 037xxx.

Great advice guys and thanks for your help! It's good to see that Arcade fixed the tightness problem in their new revision. Thanks again!

They're neat, I just wish !Arcade! would have upped the price 5 - 10 bucks and given them some real casing.
