Quick question... does anybody here own a CPS2 cabinet?

I have a CPS1 cabinet, and I'm messing around with sticking a CPS2 board in there but the JAMMA connector is at the top, which means in order for me to connect it the exhaust fan would have to be on the bottom. I'm guessing this is bad since the whole heat rises thing happened. I was just curious if CPS2 cabinets had their boards upside down as well, or if they were corrected so the exhaust is on the top.

I used to have a CPS2 cabinet and the boards just sit on a 45 degree angled piece of wood in the rear of the cabinet. Now granted, the boards are sitting upright and they are not backed up against anything so there is still room for them to breathe and for the air to circulate.

although i've never had a cps2 cabinet, i can say that cps2 board run just fine mounted upside down in a mini cute
