So, I hate the CPO I have currently, and I want a new one, partially so I can install those snazzy coin counters. But, I'm wondering what this entails, will I have to get a whole new CP thing to take the place of what I have, since the button placement isn't the same? The new one I want is this one

And mine currently looks like:

Since the button placement is in a different spot on the panel, yes you'll have to create a new panel. Unless that is, you want soft spots where holes used to be. I guess you could try plugging the old holes with wood cutouts, and secure with wood glue.

Or.. you could just make a new panel.

Just take your old panel off and go to the hardware store and find a piece of particle board of the same thickness.

Trace the old panel onto the piece of wood and cut it out. Router the corners if needed, prime, and paint.

Or you could just go to HAPPS website and buy button hole plugs. Then drill out new holes and cut your square out for the credit LCD.
