Cool find for any Pachinko fans in the Delaware area.

This past weekend I stumbled upon a pretty cool surprise at, of all places, my local farmers market. I hadn't visited this farmers market in quite some time, but make the rounds on occasion because I've made a few good finds in the past, but apparently since I had last been there a shop dedicated to slots and pachinko machines had opened up.

While I wasn't expecting much, I decided to check out the goods and was actually quite surprised at some of the finds:

SLOTS

Street Fighter II (Very nice looking machine)
T2

PACHINKO

Neon Genesis Evangelion- (Awesome machine with tons of style and a nice LCD screen)
Tekken- (Great, super sharp LCD that displays a ton of CG animation)
Gamera

Also, there were quite a few great looking LCD units from Sammy.

This weekend I'll try to swing by and get some pics from the shop if anyone is interested, but the inventory is a lot larger than you'd think. Also, the prices ranged from roughly 300 bucks for slots, and only about 600 dollars for the newer models (Like the Tekken) but even those I believe were probably being discounted a good deal.

For anyone interested the location is at the New Castle Farmers Market on RT 13, New Castle Delaware.

That's fine by me Justin, I'll try to stop by there sometime this weekend and snap some pics and jot down some prices.

NICE! Do they have a website or anything? I'd love to grab another pachinko machine... preferrably themed after some sort of videogame.

You know, I tried to find out if they had a site before I made this thread but couldn't find anything. I'll ask them when I go and keep you posted. As far as game related machines go the only ones I remember specifically were Tekken and Street Fighter, but I'm sure I missed a few as I only got to take a quick glance in the store.

Though I'm not nuts about the series I have to stress how awesome that Tekken machine was.

Here is some footage of the cinematics used for the Tekken pachislo machine.

Also, here's a nice shot of the Evangelion pachinko I dug up online.

BTW, that's not a pachinko. That's a pachislo. Regarding the video... don't know. I'm assuming the original poster of the video knows the diff. There are quite a few video game themed pachislos/slots. But I myself haven't seen too many game themed pachinkos. The coolest pachinko I've seen is a sonic the hedgehog one.

A really nice pachislo is the ridge racer one. It's actually got headlights on the top of the machine to go up and down.

Yeah I miscategorized the Tekken Pachislo in the first post but corrected myself in the second heh. That Ridge Racer one sounds pretty awesome. Didn't you happen to post a Metal Slug pachislo just a few months back? That's one machine I'd love to get my hands on. Hopefully this shop can do orders by vendor, if so I'll have to find out if I can get one ordered for myself.
