I suspect it is a boot as the writing on the P1 rom is 068-PG1 instead of 068-P1.
What do you think about this?

A bootlegger wouldn't have bothered to print anything of the sort on the chips in the first place. Usually bootleggers just use their own arbitrary numbering or the rom names, if anything.

Looks pretty dodgy to me due to the variation in writing on the roms, however theyre all mask roms.
