A very very nice Consolized MVS 1 slot up for offers. I bought it on this forum board last year, but have hardly played it so time to let it go to someone else. It has the unibios 2.0 or 2.1 installed, plus composite, s-video, and component outputs. Works perfect and looks really sharp!! I was told that Loopy started working on it, but someone else finished it…don’t really know the story. It also comes with a power supply.

Looking for offers, and will accept paypal if you pay the fees, and it is shipped to a confirmed address.

As far as I know it was started by Loopy, wired by Kurtz and finished by Dub.

Hi All,

Thanks for the interest. I am asking for $575 shipped (plus any paypal fees if you pay via paypal) in the USA. I will ship via UPS ground with insurance. The system does include the power supply. If you are interested in games, I have many with shockboxes and inserts, and can send with the system.

Regards,
Jason

Trust me, there is a LOT of labor involved in those things. Mine took me 1 month to build. That aluminum casing is a bitch to shape no matter what bit you use. It's pretty much bullet-proof.

I agree theres a lot of work involved in building a decent quality unit, but $575 is absolutely ridiculous.

If nobody wants to pay $575, it's not "worth" that. An item is only worth what someone will actually pay for it.

how do you go about making the casing like this one?

You can buy the casing from Hammond Manufacturing, iirc it's about $50-60 alone for the case. You then need to cut the cart slot. I currently have the jig for it, which was used to make the only 3 units with these cases.

There was so much work involved in making the case just right I would never make another one of these, even if I was able to sell it for $1000. My SG is the last aluminum casing I will ever work on. Just way too many hours grinding away material. The casing is about 3mm wider than the MV1C so it is a VERY tight fit.

I agree theres a lot of work involved in building a decent quality unit, but $575 is absolutely ridiculous.

Dont thread crap guys, it's uncool and against the rules to do this to someones selling thread. If you want to crap on the price please go ahead and make the exact same type and then tell me how much you would sell it for.

Not to mention this is a one off, others sell open faced cookie cutter CMVS systems for the same price.

If nobody wants to pay $575, it's not "worth" that. An item is only worth what someone will actually pay for it.

All 3 units have fetched what was asked. This unit however actually sold for much more prior.

This is easily the best looking Consolised MVS I have seen, well worth the $575. For all the components in it, you are paying like US$100 -150 for the workmanship!

Please, if you have never build a consolised MVS like this before, please don't dish the seller. This is very hard work!
