Is this a bootleg Puzzle Bobble?

I don't wanna ruin the label by opening it if it isn't a bootleg, but I've never seen a full color inkjet Neo Geo label before. The cart shell itself feels different too, not as smooth as any MVS cart I've held before, it's textured. The plastic itself feels new.

Could be, but you'll never know unless you open it up and take some pics of the boards. Ripping or spliting the label isn't a big deal since it's not an original label anyway. Many games are relabeled and recased so a non-original label or case is not a guarantee that it's a bootleg. Puzzle Bobble is one of the most bootlegged games however, so it would be prudent to open the case if having a bootleg game is a concern for you or if you decide sometime later to sell it.
