I saw on VGD that if you own a neo with a serial number less than 50000 you should contact them before purchase. My question is, why? Will the converter not work on older neos? If so what are my options? Can I get my system updated, or do I have to get a newer system? My serial # is 19346, how old is that any way? I've never had a problem with it like some people have so why the big deal?
