I have these Mame rom sets, where there are tons and tons of Mame roms, and it takes forever to try to go through them to find good games. It uses this shortened name system, where it's hard to even know which game it is, until you try to play it. I wanted to put some Mame roms on my laptop, but obviously it's not super powerful like a desktop. I have a Compaq Presario V2000. Here are the stats for the laptop:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1.50GHz 598 MHz
480 MB of ram
Intel(R) Extreme Graphics 2 M
(Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller)
60 gig hard drive
I like action/adventure type games, side scrollers, shooters, arcade sports. Stuff like that. Was just wondering if anybody had any recommendations on various Mame roms I should try that would be able to run on this laptop. Thanks.
