Places to get a new Monitor?

After some thought I am thinking about picking up a new monitor to put into my cab. The one I have is pretty good but I'm pretty much going through it trying to make it as nice as I can and was thinking about getting one of those flat tubes. Though I've no idea where is a good place to order one from that I won't get killed on the shipping and will have a good warranty. The last monitor I bought I had problems with and never could get them resolved.
Also it seems there are no 25 inch ones to be found but 24.8 or something like that. I guess that is the new standard replacement.
Other than Happ is there much out there?
