Well, you guys have a point, I do like Ukyo as well, I just hadn't remebered him. The last time I played my SS3 was a month ago (Im to buisy) and I played it for 4 hours strrright. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
I like Hanzo the best though

Why, my namesake from SS1, of course. I just loved that behemoth of a sword he had in the first game. It was a pity that they gave him that stupid pillar in SS2.

Runner up is probably Tam Tam, followed by Haohmaru. I love Tam Tam's ending (try beating it with one credit) in SS1 and his stage is one of the best looking ones in the game. As for Haohmaru, he is blessed with the best voice acting in the entire series. He is also well-rounded and easy to play which makes him the perfect choice for novice and expert players alike.

I know a lot of people disagree with me but I think SNK went downhill with this series after the first game. I played that game for almost a full year before moving on to something else. By the time I played SS2, it simply did not have the same impact as the first game. The third and fourth games also suffered from the same problem, hence the reason all my favorite are from the first game.

Ukyo all the way. He is such a bad ass. Bust Ukyo's "haiku" finishing move in Warrior's rage is one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

No question: Tachibana Ukyo. Why? Style, playability, character (Honorable, caring, tempered, and not without weakness.), and just over all atmosphere he creates.

Galford all the way, he has many a weakness which makes him a fair and challengable fighter to use. He takes a while to master and some time to get used to though. <IMG SRC="smilies/envy.gif" border="0">

kibagami genjuro. one of the best designed characters EVER. i like his normal color scheme the best, but i always play as BUST
genjuro, because i love juggling motherfuckers with his 3-hit slash!!!

Well my fave is the obvious. As for second id have to say tachibana ukyo, he's absolutely bitchin in SS4. As for third...id go with ganjuro.

I'd normally say Caffenine Nicotine cuz of his weird, unpredictable moves, and sense of humor, but I'd have to go with Ukyo. Interesting character, and his recovery time for moves is FAST!
