Aes English or Japanese Version?

I have been out of hobby for quite a while and intend to sell my AES collection. In order to describe my carts correctly what is the easiest method to determine if my carts are English or Japanese version.
I skimmed over the rules and realize I dont have enough posts to sell on the forum. Does this also mean I cant post a link here to my future Ebay auction where I have perfect feedback.

Hey James. I don't mean to sound condescending but, the English homecarts are written in English and the Japanese titles are written in Japanese.

Not condescending at all, I was hoping it was that simple.

Am I able to post a link to Ebay auction here although I have only a handful of posts on this forum?
