Found a sweet deal on a Single slot MVS about an hour away, Like 250 - 300.00, But I truely wanted a quad slot, Is it just as easy as plug in play when switching to a quad slot, or does it involve more.

Im a true MVS / Arcade cab novice, so be gentle folks'.

It will most likely be wired for mono...

So you will have to rewire it for stereo if you want to put a 4 slot inside.

Norton, I'm not familiar with single slots (as every MVS i've encountered was quad), but does this look original or converted.

That's definitely a hackjob conversion. One slots are wired for standard(mono)jamma so you can pop them into a jamma cab....which is what that most likely is. God knows what game it was before.

If you check out www.hardmvs.com, it'll probably answer most of your questions.

Edit...cupholder? Haha.

This conversion isn't a bad one. If this cab was painted red it would be pretty sweet. I've seen some really bad conversions and this one's not bad. Due to the type of game and cup holder I'm going to assume that it was in a bar. Have you checked the inside the cab and marquee area for bar crap? You'll usually find an obscene amount of cigarette butts in there. Also, if you do decide to do a multi-slot you may want to add a change game button. My only issue with this cab is the side color and mini marquee placement under the CP. There should be someone on here that could sell you a mini marquee holder for your cab.

For some reason, I like the cup holder.

The conversion is hedious, but that's not to say I'm ignoring the fact that the body on that cab is totally rad! Nice height and a very simple CP, that could be one sweet conversion if done proper.
