I was thinking with all the changes going on around here it might be a good time to add one of these. Might be a good idea for the noobs and such to have one comprehensive list of price gougers,scam artists, thieves ect., that roam about on Ebay. Phil does an awesome job maintaining the ng.com related one, and its a great tool to use when making purchases from an unknown person. I'm not talking anything crazy in depth, just maybe a list of user names to watch out for.
