Currently Active Users section moved to the botton of page

The Currently Active Users section should be left where it was at the top of the page and not the bottom.

For me the upper position was the best choice, but i think it's a matter of habit.

I also preferred the mainpage who's online being on top (and I hear TonK does as well). We're still working out lots of bugs. There's another new feature coming and its taking up time.

User galleries is a good idea. I didn't actually try to upload anything to see if it worked though.
