Does anybody know where I could buy male to female JAMMA extenders?

OK Here's the deal. I have a cab, that has a JAMMA cable too short to reach the game board. There's so little room inside the cabinet that the gameboard takes up the majority of the room, and the only way it will fit is if its positioned a certain way, which unfortunately makes the JAMMA cable too short.

Anyone know where I can pick one of these up? or if they even exist? I really don't want to have to make one on my own.
