I remember going through this last time I attempted to leave someone feedback and I don't remember what URL link I used to get the feedback to go through.

Trying to leave that as the URL, which follows the exact format of the example URL given, but it won't except it.

You can use a link you created, but it has to be a thread in the market forums (SNK Selling, SNK Wanted, or Everything Else). Feedback forum doesn't qualify.

In addition, the thread must have been created by either the person leaving feedback or the person receiving feedback.

Strange, it wouldn't except the link I created in the feedback forum.

The search function still only works for me half the time.

I think features here are based upon money spent at the neo-store, which would be pretty cool if true.
