Is there a way to set something up that will give people 7days to return feedback and if it is not given, feedback received will be deleted?

Im really focusing on POSITIVE feedback. It's a slippery slope i suppose but there should be something we can do about feedback deadbeats.

Selling as much as I recently have, I completely understand the dynamic of Sellers waiting on the feedback before giving it out.

maybe you should negotiate feedback after the transaction. Don't give feedback until you have an assurance you yourself will get some.

Agreed, when making the deal, just stipulate that you want some feedback when they receive the goods, and give them a friendly reminder if they forget. Most everyone is eager to give and receive feedback anyway, so I don't see why this is a problem.
