Anyone Else See The New Replacement MVS Backlight Panels On Ebay?

I just stumbled across these on Ebay, the pictures of the marquee lit up looks good.

Picture of the actual light panel doesn't look so cool though. Guess you'll never see it behind the marquee but still. I'd be interested to know what it's made out of, whatever it is looks very thin and flimsy.

Wasn't there a place some years back that would redo an official SNK light panel that had burned out to be like new again? Anyone know it they're still doing that, or if someone else is?

those look just like the original EL pads from SNK, the ebay guy's stuff looks like it doesnt use the original PCB, and the pic he has of the "pads" are not cut out right...the pics of them in the machine lit up look good though.

Dig around here- the guy used to post here- and the website "Electrolumins" or something strikes a bell. Last I heard he had a heart attack and was notoriously hard to get ahold of. If these turn out legit- I have 2 4 slots that need them still- I'd love for everything to have straightened out with this guy.

I too would like to know if those would work.

yeah, would be nice if there was a decent and reliable source for the EL panels.
