Stick suggestions?

I'm looking to get new sticks for my Egret 29, and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions. I find that whenever I buy sticks I end up getting the wrong mounting plates, or some other foolish problem. The sticks in there have quick connects, and I don't see a PCB mounted switch. I'm looking to get something similar to what's in there now.

Would "Sanwa JLW-TM-8 Ball Handle Joystick, 4 & 8-Way Adjustable" be a good choice? I plan on ordering from Lizard Licks as I've had good transactions with them in the past. Also, if an Egret needs a certain type of mounting plate, feel free to let me know.

Thanks in advance!

i know that those sticks are direct drop ins for all US bolt pattterns, and they do have some other holes on em as well. Your best bet is to take the stick off and use the larger photos to compare the mounting plates. Im not to sure what sticks you need as I have zero experience with egrets.

the sticks you want to look at are either the sanwa jlf-tp-8t or the seimitsu ls-32. both have a few different mounting plates available. im not familiar with egrets so i couldnt tell you which will fit or what youll need. but those two are the top of the line from either manufacturer.

i prefer the ls-32 for shooters and a jlf-tp-8t with octagonal restrictor plate for fighters.

A pic of your control panel will help me to figure out which mounting plates for the JLF or the LS-32 will work for you.

You probably already have your sticks, but just as a heads up for the rest of the group, those JLW sticks definitely do NOT fit in a New Astro City Panel which I assume has the same or close to mounting arrangement. It is much to big to fit in the bracket.

I don't know, whitch egret you're talking about, but if egret-1, then OEM stick will be LS-32 with RE Flat Joystick Mounting Plate.

See...http://members.cox.net/jmccorm/egret/parts2.pdf

If you prefer sanwa, then just get one with flat plate.(You need to rewire though)

Show us see some pics, after you set them..:)
