MOTW..Is this cart a boot?(pic)

A friend of mine just got a MOTW cart from a reliable seller.
The seller says that the cart is real..original,not a boot..
The outer casing is green,jap lettering..all original..But the inside has this same board set with the wire in the same location..

My MOTW has no Eproms in it..My MOTW boards look different from these.All Original..
I can take pictures of mine if needed to compare to..

But it doesn't state if it's a bootleg cart or not..
I would like to know if this is a boot.
If it is then should my friend send it back to the reliable seller who listed it as being not a boot?

I am pretty sure that is an original MVS cart, not a bootleg game. I remember that guy asking about his MOTW and I hosted that pic for him a few months ago. wink

Isn't it true that the bootleg version is the beta version? If that's the case, if you can get to Kain even after you lose, and get a messed up ending that says something like "r family, pal!", it's a boot.
